I met Karen a while ago, and was impressed with her expertise in the nuances of insurance and her passion for getting people the right coverage for them.  When I got my new homeowners policy, my company had raised their rates.  So I called her for a quote. I wasn't looking to get a lower price, just looking for someone that would watch out for my interests. 

That 30 minutes of my time lowered my homeowners insurance by almost 1,000 and my auto insurance by several hundreds of dollars.  Wish I had called her years ago!
